Exceptional Stay with Attentive Staff

Our 7-night stay was delightful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing a fan when the A/C unit struggled. Enjoyed the lush gardens and close proximity to the beach. Be prepared to walk a bit to your car in the parking garage.

Great beach access and pools, but paid parking and slow Wi-Fi were annoying.

Our stay at Aston At The Maui Banyan was absolutely fantastic! The one-bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen that made family meals a breeze. Being just across the street from Kamaole Beach allowed us to enjoy the sun and surf effortlessly.

The outdoor pool was nice, and the hot tub was relaxing after long beach days. Free parking made things easy, and the beach was just a short walk away.

During our stay, the customer service was incredibly poor. We were not informed about the cleaning policy and had to pay extra for basic needs like towels and amenities. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, and no one at the front desk offered to help us with our heavy luggage.
